This is a combined top - light comfort module for Mercedes SLK (R171), > Bj. 2004
The integrated helpLED helps by installing the module. It will show you if the module is connected right to the car.

Chirp module
Daylight:
After starting the engine the headlight or fog light (you can choose individually at the setup menu) will be activated as daylight, if the headlight has not activated manually or by automatic. In this case all other lights of the car (taillight, instrument lighting) will not be activated.
This feature works with the original light automatic sensor. If the headlight will be turned on by automatic, the daylight will be switched off.
Coming Home:
After driving with headlight and turning off the ignition first and then the headlight, this feature will light up for a setup time. At the setup menu you can choose between headlight and foglight for this feature.
Home Light:
If you open the car by original key remote the Home Light will be activated for 15-60 seconds. At the setup menu you can choose between headlight and foglight and a time between 15 and 60 seconds.
Close Light:
This feature is the same as Home Light only when closing.
Emergency Stop Hazard:
If you are driving more than 60 km/h and make an emergency brake the hazard signal will be turned on automatically for about 10 signals to warn the cars behind you.
Chirp module:
It is possible to use the original horn for an accousitc signal when the car will be opened or locked by original key remote. At the setup menu you can choose if this feature should work on opening, closing or both.

One Touch:
You don't need to hold the top switch anymore until the top moving has ended. Just "push" on the switch and the top will open / close automatically.
Top remote by original key remote:
Open / close the top by using the original key remote. Push three times on the key remote and the top will open / close automatically.
While the top is moving you can start the engine and drive slowly.
SpeedX:
With this feature you can open / close the top while driving up to a speed of 50 km/h. With the "end phonecall" button at the steering wheel you can set any speed for this feature until 50 km/h.
FondWindow:
It is possible to activate the small rear windows (triangle windows) separately. It works with an open and closed top.
SpeedWindow:
This enables an automatic speed-depending closing of the rear windows (triangle windows), when the top is open.
The spee of this feature can be set at the integrated full text setup menu.
Mainswitch:
It is possible to deactivate the module completely.
The top module does not influence any functions of the car.
The top modules of XCar-Style are made of a high quality standard and are Made in Germany.
